Four Mayo women have launched their bid for a seat in the European Parliament ahead of next month's vote.

MEP Maria Walsh, Fianna Fáil's Lisa Chambers and late additions of Independents Saoirse McHugh and Michelle Smith have all added further local intrigue to the European ballot.
