Predeceased by his parents Joe and Eileen, brothers Joseph, Paddy, Lawrence and baby John, sister Una.

Deeply regretted by his loving family, sisters Noreen Doherty (Cloonkeen), Helen Lordan (Boston), brother Maurice (Carrick on Shannon), nephews, nieces, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at The Coady Funeral Home on Wednesday morning from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. with removal to The Church of The Holy Rosary, Castlebar, for requiem Mass at 11 a.m. followed with removal to Shannon Crematorium for service at 3 p.m.

TOMMY FORKAN, SWINFORD

Predeceased by his wife Madeline, son Ciarán, grandson Darragh, brothers Kevin and Gerry.

Sadly missed and much loved by his sons and daughter, Donatus, Emmett and Edel O'Flaherty (Galway), daughters-in-law Caroline, Sandra and Niamh, son-in-law Michael, his 15 grand-children, sister Mary and brothers, Bro. Donatus, Brendan and John Joe, nieces, nephews, family circle and friends.

Reposing in Campbell's Funeral Home, Swinford on Tuesday, May 7 from 5 p.m. until removal to the Church of Our Lady Help of Christians, Swinford at 7 p.m.

Tommy's Funeral Mass will take place at 12 noon on Wednesday, May 8 prior to burial in Kilconduff Cemetery.
