New parkrun successfully launched in Mayo

A new parkrun - the Tourmakeady Wood parkrun - has been successfully launched in Mayo.

It took place last weekend in partnership with parkrun Ireland and VHI.

Taking place every Saturday over 5 k.m. at Tourkmakeady Wood,  it is open to all ages and abilities, providing a fun and safe environment to enjoy exercise.

Starting at 9.30 a.m. members of the public are invited to walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate – it's up to you!

Register here before you first come along. Don't forget to bring a scannable copy of your barcode (request a reminder). If you forget it, you won't get a time.

It is entirely organised by volunteers - email tourmakeadywood@parkrun.com to help.

Every week participants grab a post parkrun coffee at Caife Glas (F12C6F2).
