Roy Keane was comforted by his friend and Stick to Football co-host Ian Wright after he got emotional looking at a picture of his late parents.

Keane was looking at a picture of his parents, Maurice and Marie, outside Wembley after a cup game with Manchester United.

The Cork man fought back tears and he was comforted by Wright.

The pair enjoy a close friendship outside of their work, and the moment was caught as they prepared for the podcast, which they co-host with Jill Scott and Gary Neville.

"You’re on about photos, look at that there You’re on about family, the ups and downs of football. But when you see your family at Wembley after you’ve won a big game," Keane said before trailling off.

Wright put his hand on Keane's back, adding: "That's beautiful."
