Residents of Mayo holiday village raise concerns over anti-social issue
Residents in the holiday village of Keel in Achill has drawn attention to the fact the location has public toilets.
A post on the Keel Machair Protection Campaign Facebook page stated: "𝗞𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝘁𝗼𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘁𝘀. 𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺.
"We kindly ask all visitors 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀, day or night.
"This behaviour is unacceptable, causes significant distress to residents and business owners and is an offence.
"𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝘂𝘀 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗞𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻.
