Mayo FC face Sligo Rovers MU20 in pre-season friendly

Mayo FC will host Sligo Rovers MU20 at Ballina Town's Belleek this evening, with kick-off at 7.15 p.m., as pre-season preparations continue.

The friendly comes ahead of Mayo FC's maiden FAI National League campaign.

The club are one of 15 founding members of the new competition and have been drawn in Group 2 alongside Salthill Devon, Letterkenny Rovers, St Francis, and TU Dublin, with their first home fixture against St. Francis on Saturday, August 29.

Mayo FC come into the tie after pre-season clashes against Mervue United and Bonagee United in recent weeks with notable names such as Noé Baba and Super League stars Ben Edeh and Connor McCarthy on show.
