Spectacular evening of music, dance and entertainment in north Mayo

A spectacular evening of music, dance, and entertainment is coming to north Mayo this autumn with the launch of Ballina’s Star Extravaganza.

Taking place on Saturday, October 3, at 7.30 p.m. in Great National Hotel Ballina, the gala event will showcase the outstanding talent within the local community while raising vital funds for Ballina Arts Centre.

Audiences can look forward to an entertaining and varied programme featuring local performers from across the worlds of music, dance and theatre, along with plenty of surprises throughout the evening.

The event will be hosted by popular broadcaster Tommy Marren.

Ballina’s Star Extravaganza promises to be a memorable night of entertainment, celebration and community spirit. It will also highlight the important role Ballina Arts Centre plays in supporting creativity, performance and cultural activity in the region.

“Ballina is home to an incredible wealth of talent, and this event is a wonderful opportunity to bring people together to celebrate it,” said Lavinia Gilmartin, a member of the organising commitee.
