International first responders welcomed to Mayo for national competitions

ORDER of Malta Ireland welcomed emergency first responders from Ukraine, Poland and Romania to its national competitions in Ballina over the weekend.

The Ukrainian team is receiving specialist emergency-response training from Order of Malta Ireland and took part in the competitions alongside Irish and other international teams.

The programme reflects the Order’s continuing commitment to humanitarian cooperation, practical training and strengthening emergency-response capacity internationally.
