Fourteen Mayo producers win awards at Blas na hÉireann

FOURTEEN Mayo producers scooped awards at Blas na hÉireann, the Irish Food Awards, in Dingle.
The largest and most influential food awards on the island saw 16 producers from Co. Mayo short-listed across a wide range of categories, with 14 taking home coveted Blas awards.
The bronze, silver and gold winners from the county include Achill Island Sea Salt, An Caomhnóra, Butty's Kitchen, Carr and Sons/Oceanpath, Wildwood Balsamics, Foxford Cafe, Go Meal, Hanley Catering, Jack & Eddie's, Mescan Brewery, O'Donoghue's Bakery, O'Haras of Foxford, Storehouse Bakery, Velvet Cloud, Western Brand and Wildwood Balsamics.
Go Meal was awarded Best in County, proudly sponsored by Mayo Local Enterprise Office.

This year marks another record year for Blas na hÉireann, with over 3,000 entries across more than 200 categories, reflecting the strength and diversity of Irish food and drink.
